Let's talk energy!!  Energy psychology (EP) is a mind-body approach to understanding and improving human functioning.  EP focuses on the relationship between bioenergy systems, neuro and electro physiological processes, and mental functions involving thoughts, emotions, sensations, and behavior.

I am trained in Energy Psychology.  One aspect of that is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often referred to as tapping.  It involves tapping specific points on the body, primarily on the head and the face, in a particular sequence. While doing this, the person focuses on the issue that they wish to treat.  

I am also trained in  Chakra Energy Assessments.  This helps to assess and support your energy and identify what is happening in your energy and potential blocks to your healing.  This can be done as part of therapy or if you are just wanting a Chakra assessment and not therapy I have options for that as well.
